Shipping
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

● Standard shipping fee: R95

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes:

● Major cities: 2–5 business days
● Regional or outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during promotional periods or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Additional courier charges resulting from
incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, hair products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Returns may be accepted only if:

● The incorrect item was supplied.
● The item is damaged upon arrival.
● The product has a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

● Your order number
● Photographs of the product
● A description of the issue

Where approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund using the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We accept secure online payment methods available at
checkout. If an online payment cannot be completed, customers may contact us at
info@shonisanibraid.co.za to arrange an approved alternative payment method. Orders are only
shipped once payment has been confirmed.
